Postcard2Dreams was born from a simple yet powerful idea — to create magical travel experiences for people who still rely on travel agents but often walk away disappointed, misinformed, or underserved.

Between us, we’ve travelled for over 15 years, covering 20+ countries and living through the highs and lows of planning the “perfect” holiday. So when we moved to Dubai earlier this year and began exploring travel and visa options through local agents, we were taken aback. Responses were slow. Prices were inflated. Timelines were vague. It wasn’t just unprofessional — it felt broken.

One day, Tanya went for her Turkey visa appointment and had also scheduled a US visa consultation with a well-known visa operator. When she arrived, she found a line of people who had been waiting outside for two hours. That moment hit us hard — this is what travellers are dealing with?

That’s when Postcard2Dreams really began — not as a business plan, but as a solution to a problem we personally experienced.

In the beginning, we experimented a lot — AI tools, automation, efficiency hacks. We thought those would be our edge. But while we saved time, we didn’t win customers. The truth is: tech helps, but trust wins.

So we went back to what mattered — personalization. We drew from our own travel stories and preferences. We stopped chasing high commissions and started chasing what we’d recommend to our best friend. A charming boutique hotel with a killer view over a cookie-cutter five-star. A hidden gem over a tourist trap.

That’s when things began to shift. Customers started seeing the value. The word spread — slowly but surely. We’re still not a big name, but every single trip we design is done with heart.
